The items are packaged with special care aiming at the best and safest shipment at their destination. If nevertheless, a shipped object is damaged during the transportation, its replacement is possible (provided that it is not a unique piece) after the buyer sends a photo of the damaged item. In this case, you are requested to keep the damaged item till the reception of the replacement. In case of a unique piece, its replacement is done by another one in accord with the buyer.
The return of the items is done at the expense of the buyer within 5 days from the date of receipt. The item must be returned intact and in the original shipment packaging. You must assure that the items will arrive in good condition otherwise they cannot be replaced.
